INDIVIDUALS COUPLES AND FAMILIES

We provide a safe and supportive environment for children, young people, adults, couples and families ranging from four years old and upwards. We have a specially designed environment providing age appropriate rooms with suitable resources for all ages to use. These individually deisgned rooms suit the client’s needs and ages, enabling our clients to feel safe and fully focus on themselves.

We aim to respond to initial enquiries and book a telephone consultation with clients, within 48-72 hours. We aim to allocate clients with a counsellor within 1-2 weeks from the date of their telephone consultation.

Please note due to Coronavirus we still aim to respond to initial consultations within 48-72 hours, however we are exceptionally busy so the current wait time to see a counsellor is 4-6 weeks.

Coming in for couples counselling, we were both nervous about how the session would work having not done anything like this before.
