
Courageous Creatives: Art as Therapy
The group starts on Monday 27th April 2026.
This is a free, weekly group for anyone touched by cancer – patients, survivors, carers, family members or friends. It’s a relaxed and supportive space, where people can come together, connect with others who understand, and use creativity in a safe environment, to express feelings and process emotions. No art experience is needed at all.
🗓 When: Every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays, and term time only)
🕠 Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
📍 Where: Lincolnshire Centre for Grief and Loss, 19 Carlton Mews, Lincoln, LN2 4FJ
👥 Who: Adults aged 18+, who have been affected by cancer in any way
🎨 Facilitated by: NWCH Art Therapist, Ingrid Gill
