What People Think About Us

We are incredibly proud of the work we do at NW Counselling Hub CIC. Here is what our clients have to say about us

More Testimonials

Losing my sister unexpectedly was incredibly difficult for me, and I knew I needed help processing the grief. Carla, my therapist at NW Counselling Hub, was amazing. She listened patiently and without judgment, creating a safe space for me to grieve and heal. Carla’s suggestions, offered at just the right moments, have been incredibly helpful. My life has been lived at a million miles an hour recently, and I worry how things might have been different without the support that Carla provided. I highly recommend Carla and NW Counselling Hub to anyone seeking compassionate and effective therapy.

My counsellor has supported me during the most challenging period of my life with compassion, humour and warmth. I am, and always will be, extremely grateful for this wonderful service

Excellent and for the first time in many, many months I felt cared for, believed and safe, thank you.

My counsellor is always polite and professional. They are able to adjust to my mood and temperament and are easy going, compassionate and empathetic. I always feel like we’ve achieved something, and our sessions are paving the way for when I see a psychologist later in the year.

An extremely professional service. Tina Scott is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She is extremely friendly, very understanding and has the best skills to build the relationship needed for therapy to work. I appreciated the listening ear and the masses of guidance and advice offered during treatment. The best counselling I’ve ever had!!!

I needed to clear my head of some things after a bout of bad news and Graham was fantastic. He opened my eyes and I got exactly what I needed from the session.

As a first timer with any form of counselling, I was very unsure to start with. However I was made to feel welcome and was listened to. How do I feel now? To quote the song, ‘things can only get better’.

Getting an appointment to see a counsellor was quick and easy, the initial consultation wasn’t daunting at all and Adele was really helpful.

Sindy, thank you so much for the session. I can’t wait to do our next session. You really listened to me, and it really did help.

A friendly and professional therapy service with a broad range of experience.

Carla was very welcoming and understanding. I felt she listened to what I was saying and wasn’t there to judge. She had a good understanding of my issues. I look forward to working on myself with her guidance.

Tina made me feel immediately at ease and was very easy to talk to. The conversation topics were always led by me, and her advice was invaluable. It helped me enormously and I would thoroughly recommend her and NWCH. I left feeling more positive about what I might achieve.

I was nervous about attending my first appointment, but I soon felt at ease and not did not feel judged when opening up.
